Alterspace provide a variety of construction services predominantly, but not exclusively, within London and the Home Counties although members of the company have in the past worked in Europe, Middle East and America in both the Public and Private sectors.

We are happy to undertake work secured from both single stage and two stage tendering or via negotiation. We frequently get involved in projects at a very early stage where we can provide value engineering and budgetary advice at the outset.
Alterspace employ dedicated personnel throughout the company to provide a service to every client's satisfaction. Directly employed management, tradesmen and labour supplemented by tried and tested subcontractors ensures efficiency and control.
All our projects are managed through site-based managers. Full office supports allows the site managers to deal with day-to-day operations and are able to react quickly to changing demands associated with many types of projects.
